Have a great team

by Jordan Wirsz 9. December 2009 05:03

I must admit, I am often not surprised, but continually proud of the team I have built around me. The people who share my passion and vision are truly extraordinary people. I've made it a pre-requisit for all of our team members to be more interested in changing lives and growing our ability to touch more and more people, rather than having a 9-5 job where people are out the door at 5:01 p.m. Truly, I am so grateful for the people around me, the super stars that they are, and the reality that they make Jordan Wirsz International UNSTOPPABLE!

With gratitude,

Firewalking, arrow snapping, brick breaking, broken-glass walking, rebar bending, fool

by Jordan Wirsz 7. December 2009 09:28

Indeed, this weekend's event was amazing! We had so many great breakthroughs - we walked on fire more than a hundred times in one night, walked on broken glass, snapped arrows with our throat, melted (bent) rebar with our throats, broke boards, broke bricks, and even put a needle through our hands to symbolize the ultimate self control.

Masacist event? No, just a bunch of amazing people becoming incredible - proving mind over matter rules at all times.

Set intentions for yourself - hold no limitations in your mind, and live our motto - "Transcending all limits."

Coaching 101

by Jordan Wirsz 1. December 2009 07:01

Professional athletes like NFL and tennis players, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, movie stars, Hollywood producers, and even a President of the United States of America all have one thing in common: they all had a coach.

The most successful achievers of our time and centuries past have had a coach, mentor, or some source of forward-progress accountability. Coaching, like mentorship, is the gift of objective perspective, experience, clarity, and accountability.

Business, life (or personal), and success coaching are terms first used by self-help guru Anthony Robbins. Since that time, those words have been the catchphrases of “self-help gurus” around the world. In fact, coaching has grown into a billion-dollar industry – and there is good reason for that!

Studies have shown that individuals who are actively coached can have results exponentially greater than those who are not, but the “proof is in the pudding,” as they say. Testimonials and stories of life and business transformations as a result of coaching abound.

Life coaching, often referred to as personal coaching, takes on an entirely more significant role. People’s lives are filled with busy schedules, enormous responsibilities, high stress levels, and incredible mental and emotional challenges. From the busy people who are looking to live more joyful, balanced lives to the lost souls of individuals trying to find their place in this world, life coaching has become a common resource. Many people pose the question, “What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?” The answer is simple yet enormous. A therapist will often drag you back to your childhood, help you relive your most painful memories, and find deep emotional excuses for people to use as reasons why they do not excel and achieve. A life coach, however, will not look back to your deep-rooted childhood experiences. Instead, a life coach will look at the “why” in what is holding you back and help you overcome any emotional or mental obstacles. A life coach will bring inspiration, motivation, and accountability to your life and help you live the life you want.

The first step on your coaching journey is the search for a high-quality, qualified, experienced coach. Anthony Robbins often touts that being coached by him personally comes at a cost of $1 million per year. Fortunately, there are less expensive solutions. The word “coach” has become a commonly used term in the last decade, mostly because the occupation of being a coach sounds quite rewarding to most people, with the added bonus of being able to work with a select group of clientele on a flexible schedule. Unfortunately, many of these so-called “coaches” may have passed a certification course and received the appropriate credentials, but that does not qualify them as having the true gifts, abilities, and experience to be a coach.

Many coaching prospects often ask the question, “How do I know if my coach has ‘been there and done that’ before he or she tries to guide me on such serious matters?” The honest answer is that you can have no such assurance. Many coaching companies are the equivalent of franchises, selling the business opportunity and territories without attention to the natural abilities, gifts, talents, and experience levels of their coaches. That is the difference between them and us.

The Become Incredible™ philosophy was founded by our company’s lead coach, Jordan Wirsz, who believes that every client deserves a highly qualified, experienced, and naturally gifted coach who specifically fits your personality and goals.

AWESOME Thanksgiving!

by Jordan Wirsz 29. November 2009 04:24

I had an amazing Thanksgiving! Camping in the SoCal desert, riding dirtbikes, and challenging my own limits! lets just say that a couple rides had "bragging rights" associated with them. Wink  When you're riding on the top of a ridge, 200 feet straight down on both sides, on a trail about 9" wide with no margin for error, that brings to reality my favorite quote:

"Living on the edge means pushing your own limitations...Doing what you think you can't do...And surviving to tell the story." Jordan Wirsz

Taking the road less traveled is a constant reminder that no matter what religous views you have, one fact remains - we only get to live THIS life once. Do it right...Do it with passion. Transcend all limits.

New Documentary - looking for great stories to cast

by Jordan Wirsz 21. November 2009 09:00

In my never ending quest to transform the lives of others, my team and I have put together a pilot program. We are "auditioning" for lack of a better term, people who have extraordinary stories of challenge, but cannot afford a Life Coach, and then we will pick three people, three challenges, and document the transformation of their lifetime! If you or someone you know has a story of adversity, please e-mail us with your/their story at Admin@JordanWirsz.com  - We can't wait to pick the three final winners, and begin changing their lives!

I am so blessed to have such an amazing team behind me, who are as dedicated as I am to helping others succeed. Our slogan says it all: "Transcending all limits."

Today is a great - heading to seclusion to continue developing content for our courses, seminars, coaches, and clients. I'm looking forward to spending that time - I always have as much fun developing compelling content as I do delivering it on stage.

Thanks Giving coming up so soon!

by Jordan Wirsz 18. November 2009 05:05

Sometimes in the busy rush of life, we find that the holidays sneak up on us. Planning, anticipating, and looking forward to spending time with the ones you love is a great way to remember the blessings that you have been given.

Remember to never take for granted the unconditional love that you get from everyone else, but most importantly from yourself.

“A moment lasts all of a second, but the memory lives on forever.”

Always,

Become Incredible Book coming to completion

by Jordan Wirsz 16. November 2009 04:46

Well, after nearly a year of hard work, the Become Incredible book is nearing completion! We have tremendous feedback from our study groups (three separate ones), and now we're in the final draft stages getting ready to go to editing. It will be truly fantastic when done...It's already transforming lives, and it's not even publicly available! My hope is to have it rolling off the press in January - right about the same time my new CD series will be complete. I am VERY excited!

Always,

Unlocking potential

by Jordan Wirsz 13. November 2009 05:55

How many times have you heard thaty catchphrase? "Unlocking potential." It's a common catch line for self proclaimed "self help gurus" and "business coaches" around the world. But here is my take on it:

Do you know how to open a lock? In school, do you remember having to unlock your locker between classes? Maybe you've locked up your bicycle if you left it in public view for a while. Of course you KNOW how to unlock a lock.

So if I gave you a lock and said "unlock it," could you? If you struggled and I said "work a little harder, you're almost there," could you unlock that lock? Or how about if I said "I think you COULD unlock the lock if you had the right attitude, but since you don't have the right positive attitude, it's pretty hard for you," would you agree or disagree? What if I said "get some friends to help you, maybe they'll be able to unlock the lock...I mean geez, EVERYONE knows how to unlock a lock!" Do you think you could unlock that lock?

OF COURSE NOT!!! But what if I said "right 12, left 17, and right 39." Does that help you unlock the lock? It sure gives you a clue! With a little bit of work, THEN you could finally unlock it. Attitude didn't help you, your friends couldn't help you, so who can help you? The key is, you must know the combination to the universe...The most simplistic information, before you can "unlock your potential." Telling you to take your potential and unlock it is about as useful as a rock in the middle of the ocean.

Much love,
